How Can severe Cramping Leg Pain Be Treated?

My legs have been aching and cramping at times for last two months. I stopped taking my statin drug since it wasn t helping my cholesterol. 238 reading, use to be around 200. It hasn t seemed to help. I ve taken turmeric to possibly help my liver. I have a lot of heart burn, the turmeric and apple cider vinegar seems helped it some. I did take Omeprazole until insurance stopped paying. Not sure what s going on.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
The symptoms are more consistent with peripheral vascular disease arising due to poor blood supply to the limbs.
Consult a general surgeon and get a vascular Doppler.
As a first line management you can take analgesics like paracetamol lr aceclofenac for pain relief.
Wishing all the best.
Thanks
